Learn The Truth about Rejection; Rejection is not always about the ending relationship or unrequited love, it can mean rejection from a job interview,  promotion it can even mean transplant rejection.

“Unrequited love is love that is not openly reciprocated, even though reciprocation is usually deeply desired. The beloved may or may not be aware of the admirer’s deep affections”.

When other people disapprove, disrespect or even ignore us, it feels horrible. We are hard-wired to hate it. We can feel angry, depressed, and deeply hurt.

One way of dealing with is to re-wire our selves. Removing that hard-wired fear of rejection can be a simple as: “Experiencing it”.

You can never completely remove that pain of being rejected, but with each experience of it, it becomes less hurtful. And soon, the word “no” will begin to bounce off you.
